After
our marketing and distribution channels were in place,
we focused our energy into backward integration  by setting
up our own manufacturing facilities, beginning with one
at Tarapur near Mumbai.This facility is specially dedicated
to manufacture tablets with special infrastructure and
equipment to product moisture sensitive tablets requiring
strict humidity control. Our new state-of-the
art manufacturing facility at Malur, 43 kms from Bangalore,
built in compliance with WHO guidelines, has facilities
for the manufacture of oral and external Gels, Creams,
Liquids and Oral liquids. The plant has a capacity of
producing 800MT of toothpaste and other external Gels,
Creams & Lotions per annum and 600 KL of mouthwash
and external liquids.
