Step 2
Then minerals like Ca+2 and P+5 ions are release to form calcium-phosphate layer.
Step 3
This layer crystallizes into HCA and seals the opened dentinal tubules. This HCA layer is chemically and structurally similar to the layer, found in tooth enamel.
